Upon a request from a foreign-affiliated consulting company, People Focus Consulting, we designed and created HTML email magazine (newsletter) for them to distribute to their customers.

Their email magazine has been very simple and based on only text style email, which is called Decomail, but this time they decided to change their style of the email magazine to more advanced style of HTML email magazine.

Since this is their first time using HTML style, we also offered them some proposal and consultation on the basic flow from the configuration to the measurement of effectiveness, importance of identifying the rate of checking email magazine of receivers as well as how to lead readers to the content and so on.

Although the schedule from their inquiry to the delivery period was very tight, we managed to complete the design and all the processes within their desired period thanking to the cooperation of the person in charge as well as our quick and flexible operating schedule including holidays.

In addition, as our support for them in the future, we are considering offering services and support in English through our bilingal staff so that their foreign staff can also interact and communicated with us, which would help them save some additional work.

We renewed the website for a company providing the service of visiting nursing and rehabilitation.

After hearing their requests, we carried out the reviewing process for the contents and the structure of the website. We then decided to renew the design of the whole website as well as logo in order to make it easier to understand, such as initiatives at the company and features of the facility at the start of production.

We designed the site and made it easy for site visitors to understand the company’s business and features.

Also, to make its smartphone site compatible, we paid careful attention to positioning the scroll button and successfully increased the usability by customizing details.

We made awareness raising usability with small customizations.

We worked closely with the staff who is in charge of updating to come up with the best solution. Then, we decided to install WordPress in order to improve the content’s updateability and increase the number of visitors to the site.

Unic provides the service of managing sales and operation of various types of stores all over Japan including fashion, interior, general merchandise., etc. as well as the temporary staffing service for fashion industry. We helped them with a total renewal of their homepage.

For their site renewal, CMS(WordPress) was installed to improve the updateability and make the site multilingual, Japanese and English and to increase the site access from both Japan and foreign countries.

The fact that they outsourced the operation of their website to us made it possible for them to quickly update the site and secure internal resources.
